Ingredients Of PARATHAS

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
  • Water as needed (for kneading)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp KESARISHALYA OIL (for dough & roasting)

How to Make Kalakand

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix atta, salt, and a little oil. Add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare stuffing: Mix grated paneer with green chillies, coriander, garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. Make parathas: Divide dough into balls, roll one ball, place stuffing in center, fold and seal edges. Roll gently into a paratha.
  4. Cook: Heat tawa, roast paratha on both sides with oil/ghee until golden brown. Serve hot with curd, butter, or pickle.
